We respect our user’s privacy and never share our user’s data. We retain a database of purchases (excluding payment details), contact form submissions, comments, reviews, and mailing list subscribers. While we make every attempt to keep our site secure, hacks can happen. RC Creative and it’s members are not liable for the dissemination of such data in the event of a breach of our web security. Payment Details

RC Creative accepts several forms of payment including PayPal and credit card through the Braintree payment gateway. The entire checkout process occurs over an encrypted SSL connection which protects your information as it travels across the Internet to us, and from our server to our payment processor. While we do keep a record of orders in our database, we do not store detailed payment information such as credit card numbers. If your payment details are stolen or hacked in the process of making an order, RC Creative and it’s members hold no liability for this breach.

Returns and Refunds
